Reporting to the Executive Chef - Catering Operations, this position is responsible for preparing food for special occasions, celebrations and business meetings. The Sous Chef will oversee the daily operations of the kitchen and its staff to ensure the highest level ofcustomer satisfaction, service and food quality are met.
