The ideal candidate will possess the following: a minimum of 1 year experience in a cook or pantry cook position, previous experience as prep cook, and the ability to work a varied schedule including weekends and holidays. Banquet and hotel experience a plus! Schedule: varies, typically starting around 6:00am.
