Job Location: Honolulu
Compensation: $18-$25/hour
Employment Type: Direct Hire - Full Time or Part-Time
Work Schedule: Wednesday closed 5pm-10pm (Days and Time negotiable)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Kitchen Chef Duties:
- Prepare a variety of dishes according to established recipes and culinary standards
- Oversee the kitchen team to ensure the quality and presentation of all dishes
- Manage food inventory and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff for efficient service delivery
2. Kitchen Assistant Duties:
- Assist the kitchen team in food preparation and cooking tasks
- Wash, peel, and chop ingredients as directed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
- Support the kitchen chef in ensuring timely and efficient food service
- Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines
