Job Title

Location: Hawaii hybrid. Must go in the office 3 days per week. Hours: 8am-5pm HST

Team: The contractor will report to the Director of the SGS Implementation BA COE. There will be a dotted line reporting to the HI Project Manager and Engagement Manager.

Project: Optum has been selected to implement a Electronic Data Warehouse for the State of HI. The EDW will ingest data from various state systems for the State to run reports and perform other functions as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and implement appropriate team structure to complete program implementation
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with the clients executive leadership
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with various Optum and UnitedHealthcare delivery teams
• Establish and manage the JPAS (JAD) process, driving alignment on requirements and functionality
• Solicit, review, analyze, and create business requirements

Ideal Background:

• Experience maintaining visibility on day-to-day activities with project teams and ensuring sufficient facetime with key executive stakeholders
• Demonstrated experience partnering with stakeholders (client and internal) to ensure the proper strategy, plan, alignment, integration, and visibility
• Foster and support business development opportunities while engaged with the client
• Navigate and influence multiple cross-functional teams (both clients, Optum and United Healthcare) in a complex work environment

Top Requirements:

• Facilitating meetings with State Client Gathering and review of business requirements with Internal and External (State Client) stakeholders
• Ability to lead our State Client through requirements in a manner that doesn't impact the Optum solution put forth.
