Warranty Associate

Servco is looking for a Warranty Associate to join our Servco Quality Division. This position will play a key role in processing warranty claims and provide our dealerships assistance with dealer claims processing.

Responsibilities:

• Review daily claim submission by dealers to ensure necessary information is submitted accurately
• Analyze repairs to determine allowable conditions for warranty acceptance based on manufacturer's guidelines
• Determine acceptance or denial of warranty claim
• Assist dealers over the phone and via email with questions or corrections to warranty claim
• Process claim submissions through Servco and manufacturer's claim system
• Prepare data on Excel spreadsheets for claim payment processing
• Review monthly claim submission by Subaru of America to authorize payment
• Stay abreast of all warranty policies, warranty claims procedures, and warranty claims systems

Requirements:

• High school graduate or equivalent
• A.S. Degree in Automotive or related field preferred
• Minimum one year of automotive experience performing clerical, service writing, or mechanical work
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and ten-key
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, work independently, and meet deadlines
• Excellent organization and analytical skills with strong attention to detail

Pay Range: $19.42 - $24.36 per hour
