Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a public transportation location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or public agency personnel as needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout assigned areas, access points, terminal-adjacent spaces, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify unusual conditions; Monitor authorized entry activity, observe pedestrian and vehicle traffic, and report suspicious behavior, unattended items, and/or policy violations according to site protocols; Complete routine reports and document incidents, patrol observations, and/or notable activity in accordance with Allied Universal standards and site requirements
