Bristol Hospice - - Responsibilities: Spend quality one on one time with patients and their families to support everyday needs; Provide bedtime care including personal hygiene regimens; Record important health information including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure; Assist patients with ambulation and exercise; Participate in quality assessment performance improvement teams and activities
