Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, travelers, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as appropriate for the location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting observations and reporting concerns to site leadership and/or public sector contacts.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout terminals, public access areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.; Monitor access points and restricted areas, observe pedestrian and vehicle activity, and report suspicious behavior, unattended items, and/or policy violations according to post orders.; Assist with traffic and crowd flow during peak travel periods, special events, and/or operational disruptions while maintaining a professional presence and providing directions when needed.
