Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access practices, and appropriate emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location; Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing information with property management and/or emergency services as needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, common areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and other security-related issues; Monitor entry and exit activity, verify authorized access when required, and provide clear directions and assistance to support orderly daily operations; Complete routine reports and shift activity logs, noting incidents, patrol findings, and/or policy concerns in accordance with Allied Universal standards and site expectations
