Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a government transportation location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying appropriate personnel as needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout terminals, public areas, parking areas, roadways, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns; Monitor access points and restricted areas, verify credentials when required, and report unusual behavior, unattended items, and/or policy violations in accordance with site procedures; Support public assistance efforts by offering directions, answering general questions, and communicating with staff, visitors, and/or first responders during routine operations and unusual events
