Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out assigned procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within an educational campus environment; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with campus staff, students, visitors, and/or local responders as needed; Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, walkways, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions; Monitor access points and campus activity, support visitor and student interactions, and document security-related incidents, observations, and/or policy concerns according to site guidelines; Support Allied Universal and location leadership by following post orders, reporting maintenance or life-related concerns, and assisting with crowd management during campus events and/or daily operations
