Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions; Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas, assisting with access control, visitor direction, and support during busy periods, after-hours activity, and/or restricted-area concerns; Support hospital and clinic operations by communicating professionally with medical personnel, patients, and visitors while following post orders and reporting policy violations or hazards
