Call Center Representative

We are located at luxury hotels, award winning fine dining restaurants, major health care facilities, financial institutions and at prestigious community events.

Elite Parking Services is hiring a full time Call Center Representative. Pay rate is $18.25/hour. Must be available to work 6am - 2pm, Wednesday to Sunday. We are looking for candidates who can commit to this established schedule. What you'll be doing:

• Handling incoming intercom calls
• Providing instructions/support to customers regarding parking procedures
• Troubleshoot issues
• Document customer interactions
• Manage multiple calls/tasks efficiently

You have:

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment
• High school diploma or equivalent, a bachelor's degree is a plus
• Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• Strong problem solving skills and the ability to resolve customer issues
• Proficiency in using relevant computer systems, mobile devices and software
• Ability to work well as a team player
• Ability to maintain professionalism, positive demeanor, and adhere to company standards
