Tommy Bahama - - Responsibilities: Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dishroom and kitchen equipment; Sanitize and sanitize tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment; Keep the dishroom and equipment clean and organized; Lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently during shifts; Support the kitchen team to ensure safety, cleanliness, and sanitation following agency standards
