Highgate Hotels - - Responsibilities: Prepare all Cold food items according to standardized recipes for Restaurants, Room Service, Employee Cafeteria and Banquets; Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas and kitchen; Complete necessary food and station preparation prior to opening to ensure prompt service; Prepare and display buffet food items according to hotel standards; Proficiency in cooking techniques including charbroiling, poaching, deep-frying, sauté, braising, roasting and par-cooking
