Where is the work: On-Site (5 days) What's in it for you: This role is the primary service and maintenance contact for Trane Technologies customers in a defined market with a diverse commercial base including Healthcare, Process Manufacturing Facilities, Education Institutions, and Office Complexes. This position affords you the opportunity to work with internal and external partners ranging from office to warehouse support. What you will do: Coordinates with our local Project Admins, Resource Coordinators, Technicians and Area Service Managers to precisely understand requirements for all on-site installation and repairs by forecasting issues, gathering materials and synchronizing on-site work. Uses cutting edge software and technology, along with a variety of systems to support the team. Ordering parts, tracking and processing. Issuing Subcontract Agreements, Purchase Orders and COIs Displays team effort and dedication to customer by maintaining flexibility to work overtime. Continually enforces safety to the highest standards and maintains security and accountability of company issued and procured assets by recording use, wear and conditions. What you will bring: A High School Diploma or equivalent, or certificate of completion from an accredited technical school is required. Typically 0-2 years of experience in HVAC, Business Administration or Logistics. Technical School is preferred. Operating knowledge of Microsoft office software including Excel, Word, and working proficiency with hand held computer (i.e. Smartphone, iPad). Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as Forklift, Pallet Jacks, Lift Gate or desire to learn. Must possess a valid driver's license for a minimum of 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations including, but not limited to: DUI, Hit & Run, License Suspension, Reckless / Careless Driving or multiple smaller infractions or preventable collisions in the previous 3 years. EPA Universal Certification Preferred Annual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range: $21.55 - $29.32 Compensation Type: Hourly Incentive Eligible: No Sales Commission Eligible: No Disclaimer : We strive to provide competitive compensation for this position, tailored to a variety of factors.
