Essential Functions Clean and maintain office spaces and front guard shack. Clean, disinfect, and maintain assigned comfort stations Clean and maintain showers and drinking fountains Clean park benches, maps/legends, and designated signs. Clean path lights Clean and maintain company carts Clean and maintain department storage areas and assist with inventory of supplies. Pick up and remove loose trash on property. Perform other related duties as required or assigned. Work Hours: Based on 40 hours per week. Scheduled hours may vary depending on summer and winter seasons. Coverage is needed Sunday through Saturday, and to cover special events or emergencies. Experience : At least 1 yr. experience as a janitorial worker or housekeeper. Must be at least 18 years of age.
