May include assisting with the collection and coordination of Fleet user feedback across government and RTX teams; supporting operator training and troubleshooting efforts related to system employment and trouble ticket submission; and providing command and control subject matter expertise during training events, exercises, and operational demonstrations. The candidate will support briefings to Navy personnel regarding system status, capabilities, and future roadmap initiatives, while also assisting with the coordination and execution of customer engagements, site visits, and program-related events. This role requires strong communication skills, operational credibility, and the ability to work effectively across engineering, program management, and Fleet stakeholder communities.
