A motivated, career and customer-oriented Shop Foreman to join our vehicle sustainment team in Schofield Barracks, Honolulu,HI. The selected candidate will provide maintenance support to multiple families of vehicles globally on the Allied Logistics Engineering Capabilities Sustainment (ALECS) program. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Oversees all ground vehicle and equipment maintenance operations, scheduling, repairs, logistics and record-keeping using specialized systems. Maintains oversight and compliance in accordance with regulatory regulations such as CFR, FIAR, OSHA, AFOSH, and other federal, country, state requirements. Leads, manages and assigns work orders to as required to maintenance technicians. Prepares work schedules to ensure efficient operations and maintains knowledge of processes and equipment provides timely and accurate reporting to program leadership.
