Hyatt Regency Waikiki Beach and Spa is a large complex of 1230 rooms and currently looking for an Operations Assistant Manager Food & Beverage to join our Food & Beverage Team. The Assistant Operations Manager - Food & Beverage will oversee multiple food and beverage areas within the hotel. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: scheduling, forecasting and training, ensuring compliance with federal, state and local laws as well as all operating procedures. Individuals must have strong communication and analytical skills who are able to work on a team and follow through on assigned tasks. Essential Functions - Ability to multi-task in a high pace environment that covers multiple outlets.
