The Senior Technical Training Instructor is responsible for delivery and instruction of timely and effective training solutions that support both Alaska Airlines (AS) and/or Hawaiian Airlines (HA) aircraft maintenance qualifications. As an individual contributor, this role makes recommendations for continuous improvement of all Technical Training products and services. Key Duties Conducts classroom and computer-based instruction for M&E personnel and contract vendor agencies in airframe/powerplant, avionics, and systems subject areas. Presents initial indoctrination, systems, and recurrent training/certifications. Assists in tracking and maintaining the currency of qualifications and authorizations for maintenance personnel. Establishes syllabus and assembles information for the development of new or revised courses.
