The Vendor Performance Management (VPM) Specialist, is responsible for managing key supplier relationships and supporting vendor performance efforts at Alaska Airlines (AS). As an individual contributor, this role operates with moderate independence to analyze spend and operational performance, support business reviews, ensure contract compliance, and help drive resolution of performance issues with vendors and lessors to meet corporate objectives. Key Duties Manage assigned PBH, Tier 1, and select Tier 2 vendor relationships with moderate independence, ensuring contract adherence, maintaining strong communication, and addressing performance concerns. With minimal direction from leadership, exercise considerable judgment to lead vendor relationships and make decisions in vendor performance management.
