The Program Coordinator supports the Faculty/ Program Lead in planning, monitoring, and coordinating all program activities, including events, program development initiatives, email communications, and promotional efforts. This position is crucial to the smooth execution of the program. The Young Women in Leadership Development Program (WILD) is a 2-semester-long leadership development program from MBA and upper-level Business Administration students at Chaminade University of Honolulu. The program is designed to give promising female students opportunities to learn from women who are in positions of leadership in business, government, and the nonprofit world. Learning Outcomes 1.
