The NCAA Compliance Director organizes and administers the Athletics Department's National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) compliance program. The Director certifies eligibility and processes financial aid for student-athletes, monitors coaches' activities relative to rule compliance, and interacts with departmental staff members and coaches to ensure compliance with NCAA rules and regulations. The NCAA Compliance Director is also responsible for educational, monitoring, and investigating components and other areas that ensure good standing and adherence to NCAA, Pacific West Conference, and University policies and procedures. The NCAA Compliance Director must be familiar with and adhere to NCAA rules and regulations and strongly commit to Chaminade University, the Pacific West Conference, and NCAA Division II rules pertaining to institutional control and compliance.
