Job Title

The duties include:

Planning temporary reassignment of workers among work groups to balance workload and adhere to schedules and priorities.

Receiving and reviewing work assignments; determining scope of work; anticipating problems; planning breakdown of job assignments to subordinate supervisors.

Initiating preliminary action to expedite and assure availability of special equipment, materials, and outside manpower or services critical to the timely and quality completion of important jobs.

Planning or reviewing plans of subordinate supervisors for layout of difficult and important jobs.

Explaining unusual or new work methods, procedures, and standards of quality and quantity.

Coordinating efforts of subordinate work groups with each other and with other groups working on the same projects.
