Description:

Gecko Hospitality - - Responsibilities: Drive Catering Sales: Proactively solicit new business through cold calling, networking, community outreach, and targeted sales campaigns. Engage leads early in the buying process and secure corporate, social, and association event bookings to maximize banquet space usage.; Achieve Revenue Targets: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual catering revenue goals.; Manage Client Relationships: Act as a trusted advisor to clients from the initial inquiry through the final billing. Conduct property tours, craft customized proposals, and maintain strong post-event follow-up to encourage repeat business.; Coordinate with Hotel Operations: Collaborate closely with the culinary, banquet, and front office teams. Create accurate Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and lead BEO meetings to ensure every department understands the exact event requirements.; Negotiate Contracts: Draft, negotiate, and finalize event contracts, ensuring all terms, pricing, and service expectations align with property standards and profitability goals.
