The PTM, Special Projects, & Volunteer Manager is responsible for three critical pillars of Kroc Center operations: primary lead for the Protecting the Mission (PTM) safety program, building a robust volunteer program, and managing high-impact special projects and events. This role ensures that all volunteer and project-based initiatives are mission-aligned, safe, and operationally excellent. REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:1. 3-5 years of experience in volunteer management, event planning, or program compliance .. Familiarity with The Salvation Army standards and policies ..
