As a Credit Resolution Professional, you are a primary point of contact for members to assist them should their account become delinquent. Responsible for performing collection activities, you will utilize independence and accuracy in reviewing delinquent accounts, communicating with credit union members. You will partner closely with our valuable members to assist in curing loan defaults. Together with the Credit Resolution team, you will represent our values of Always Right By You as a primary driver of the credit union's public image. Minimum Qualifications This is an entry level position with no prior collections experience required. Excellent communication, telephone or public relations skills. Ability to work well independently. Accuracy and thoroughness in work. Preferred Qualifications 0-2 years of related experience in collections or the equivalent.
