The Benefits and Compensation Professional II supports the efficient, accurate, and compliant administration of the credit union's benefits and compensation programs. As part of the Human Resources Operations team, this role provides expertise in program execution, job description management, and market analysis to help ensure employees receive clear, consistent, and well-communicated Total Rewards experiences. This position collaborates closely with the Human Resources Operations Senior Section Manager as well as HR leadership, Payroll, Finance, and external vendors. The role focuses on operational execution, governance, and documentation support, contributing to a reliable and audit-ready Total Rewards environment aligned with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
