Multiple U.S. Markets

📍 Atlanta, Austin, Dallas, Denver, Honolulu, Houston, Las Vegas, Orlando, Salt Lake City, San Antonio, Washington, D.C.


Compensation & Rewards

On-Target Earnings (OTE): $75,000 - $400,000+ per year

v Includes base salary, commissions, bonuses, and performance incentives. No caps. No limits.

Training & Ramp-Up

v We offer a 1.5-year ramp-up program designed to help you build a client base, master product knowledge, and develop your sales pipeline. You'll receive continuous training, coaching, and support from our leadership team every step of the way.

What You'll Do

v Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities

v Sell consultative AV solutions to senior leaders and C‑suite decision‑makers

v Perform on‑site needs assessments and deliver custom proposals

v Partner with engineering, estimating, and project teams to win complex deals

v Build and manage a long‑term client portfolio

v Consistently exceed sales targets in a performance‑driven environment


Who You Are

v Proven B2B sales professional in AV, IT, security, software, or technology

v Comfortable selling high‑value, multi‑stakeholder solutions

v Confident, polished communicator with strong presentation skills

v Organized, disciplined, and fluent in CRM tools (Salesforce or HubSpot preferred)

v Motivated by performance‑based income and long‑term growth

v Able to generate leads and close opportunities within your first 90 days


Training & Ramp‑Up

We invest in our salespeople. You'll receive a 1.5‑year structured ramp‑up program with:
