SSA Attractions Group - 11 Arizona Memorial Rd - Responsibilities: Support with training on daily park operations from a culinary perspective as well as menu building and seasonal operations approach with District Chef oversight; Support and maintain vendor relationships in area, maintaining corporate programs while driving sustainability and diversity in purchasing in supporting local purchasing and purview; Assist District Chef on financial reporting through inventory and COG management and sales forecasting in partnership with operations; Assist District Chef on maintaining and budgeted inventory and Cost of Goods (COG) with partnership of Executive Chef(s) in district; Assist the District Chef on building relationships with at unit ECs, Gms, and clients
