Greenwood Hospitality Group - - Responsibilities: Greet guests and respond to special requests; Respond to guest concerns, complaints or suggestions appropriately, referring them to management; Push vacuum down entire length of hallway, carrying supplies from department to assigned floor, and carrying dirty linen to laundry chute; Observe status and maintain common areas, including floor closets, stairwells, halls, lobby areas and elevators; Properly maintains the daily log, including accounting for completed tasks and reviewing the communications log
