Job Details

This is a full time, fully remote position (absent training in office the first two weeks). The attorney will need to be able to travel back and forth from home to Circuit Court and US District Court as needed and make remote appearances in US Bankruptcy Court and the Circuit Courts on the outer islands. The attorney will need to operate independently and be a good communicator as we all work remotely. Below are more details/requirements:

• Provides high-quality legal representation in assigned matters (pre-litigation, settlement, bankruptcy, foreclosure, eviction, light litigation).
• Manages high volumne individual caseload efficiently; produces timely, accurate filings and effective advocacy in hearings.
• Provides responsive client service on assigned cases; communicates case strategy and updates.
• Works independently, but under supervision; collaborates effectively with team. Problem solver.
• Executes strategies set by Managing Attorney.
• Makes tactical decisions on individual case matters within supervision guidelines.
• Timely filings and court deadlines met. Positive client feedback on assigned matters. Accurate billing and timekeeping.
