Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a retail location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner while documenting security-related observations and actions.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout sales floors, entrances, stockroom-adjacent areas, and perimeter spaces to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual behavior.; Monitor customer and visitor activity, report suspicious conditions, and/or communicate with store leadership and Allied Universal management regarding security-related concerns.; Support opening and closing routines, observe high-traffic areas, and/or assist with crowd and queue monitoring during busy shopping periods and special retail events.
