Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, travelers, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as appropriate.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner while documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts and/or public agencies when needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout terminal areas, public access points, parking locations, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity and/or potential hazards.; Monitor access points and observe activity within assigned areas to help support authorized entry, report suspicious behavior, and/or follow post orders for government location requirements.; Assist with crowd management, directional assistance, and general public interactions in a fast-paced transportation location while maintaining awareness of security-related concerns and/or operational needs.
