Description:

Retail Territory Manager - Honolulu, Hawaii - Field Based As a Retail Territory Manager, you will be part of the Retail Sales team, working as a remote employee in your territory. You will manage a territory of Home Depot and Lowe's accounts or a combination of these accounts, oversee retail accounts, conduct daily account visits, and use tools such as SalesForce, Power BI, and ShowPad to map customer routing and drive sales performance.Responsibilities Drive top‑line sales to achieve quarterly and annual POS goals.Partner with Store and District Managers to align strategies with retail‑specific goals.Analyze POS by store and promotional performance to develop individualized sales plans.Collaborate with the Sales Operations team to ensure inventory for promotional activities.Drive execution strategy based on trends and SKU level data from Power BI and SalesForce.Execute national event activations, local territory activations, and over‑drive strategies to promote sell‑through.Engage key decision makers at stores and districts to communicate initiatives and implement customized plans.Partner with retail service partners, attend monthly district meetings, and conduct quality walks.Use sales enablement tools to identify gaps and develop plans to close them.Manage inventory, order writing, and exit strategies for Special Buy promotions.Build and maintain relationships with professional end‑users via product training, seeding, and conversions.Conduct monthly job site visits aligned with pro strategies to deliver target POS goals.Effectively manage budgets for tools, demos, and travel to drive profitability.Qualifications 3–5 years of retail sales experience in Consumer Goods.Willingness to travel regionally and work occasional weekends (8–10 annually).Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as climbing ladders.Strong analytical skills using Power BI and SalesForce to develop strategic growth plans.Knowledge of IT Business systems (Business Warehouse, Salesforce.com, Tool Commerce) and Microsoft Office.Must pass a drug test and Motor Vehicle Records check.Benefits Competitive salary with 401(k), Employee Stock Purchase Plan, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement.Medical, dental, vision, life, disability coverage, and wellness programs.Discounts on Stanley Black & Decker tools and partner programs.EEO Statement All qualified applicants to Stanley Black & Decker are considered for employment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, veteran's status or any other protected characteristic.If you require reasonable accommodation to complete an application or access our website, please contact us at (860) 827‑3923 or accommodations@sbdinc.com.#J-18808-Ljbffr
