Join us!/ph3Purpose of Job/h3pThis position will be responsible for assisting the manager of company owned distributorship to meet or exceed all operational and financial goals./ph3Job Components/h3h4Financial/h4ulliResponsible for holding team accountable to goals that meet the operational budgeted goals./liliReview, monitor and analyze weekly scorecard and monthly financials to identify variances to FY financial plan and design and implement action plans to address deficiencies./liliActively manage AR to maintain acceptable level for operation./liliDevelop and implement action plans for accounts with unacceptable AR balances./liliManage inventory to coincide with selling activity to ensure proper levels./liliManage Route Service Excellence program for maximum route efficiency./liliResponsible for increasing gross profit through increased sales volume with existing dealers and new dealers./li/ulh4Customer Focus/h4ulliReview, monitor and analyze tools in Market IQ to identify markets that may be declining and design and implement action plans to address decline./liliVisits and maintains relationships with key accounts./liliManage dealer erosion./liliKey contact for complaints received by operation./liliWork with sales team to acquire new business within region./liliFormulates, develops, implements and measures market strategies penetration in respective market./li/ulh4Human Capital/h4ulliEstablish set weekly meetings with operation staff./liliProvide performance management utilizing scorecards and progressive discipline process./liliProvide recognition and reward for team members that demonstrate outstanding performance/liliProvide consistent training and coaching to develop team members knowledge, abilities and skills./li/ulh4Process/h4ulliEnsures data integrity and timely submittals into reporting systems./liliEnsures compliance with all IOT standard operating procedures, including OSHA, and DOT compliance./liliManage routing procedures to ensure maximum utilization of equipment and manpower./li/ulh3Qualifications/h3ulliMinimum of 2 years proven managerial experience/liliProven sales record/liliPrevious experience in a Warehouse or Distribution environment a plus/liliComputer skills including Word and Excel preferred/liliKnowledge of battery or automotive systems a plus/liliFosters teamwork Interest, skill and success in getting groups to learn to work together cooperatively./liliStrong Communication both oral and written/liliDetail oriented - Pays careful attention to details./liliInterpersonal awareness Notice, interpret and anticipate others concerns and feelings/liliPlans and organizes - Lays out tasks in a logical and orderly sequence.
