Independently performs substantive human resources clerical work which may include, but not limited to, recruitment, classification, training and/or employee relations, and includes a significant proportion of those of a novel and/or unusually complicated nature which presents many possible alternative course of action and requires use of considerable judgment; and/or performs limited technical assistance work; and performs other related duties as assigned. Minimum Qualification Requirements Generalized Experience: One (1) year of progressively responsible general office clerical experience.
