First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking an Assistant Service Supervisor to join our Kaneohe Bay Branch. Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (hours may vary) Compensation: The salary range for the role is $43,493 - $60,320/yr; commensurate with experience. In this role, the Assistant Service Supervisor assists the Service Supervisor and/or Service Manager with overseeing branch operations, managing staff, and ensuring customer service standards and needs are met. This role assists with daily branch functions, such as overseeing workflow, recruitment, and training. This position also provides leadership and support to the branch team and helps management to ensure the branch achieves sales performance and service goals.
