Responsible for providing professional customer service support and expansion of existing and new business relationships through consumer and business banking deposit and loan support. Assists new and prospect customers with inquiries, research and resolves problems and provides support to the Business Banking Department and its manager and relationship managers in performing other duties and functions. Major Job Accountabilities. Assists Business Banking Manager (BBM) and Business Relationship Managers (BR - Ms) with streamlining loan processing to the business credit management processing platform. Handles uploading of financial statements and other loan documents into the database and manages ticklers. Supports BBM and BR - Ms with pre-closing loan functions including: ordering appraisals, environmental screens, title reports, setting up escrow, obtaining Certificates of Insurance, and other activities related to loan processing.
