Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and interpersonal skills
• Experience in Account Management and client relationship building
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Previous experience in the insurance or employee benefits field is highly desirable
