Operations Manager

$80k - $100k | Honolulu, HI | Full-Time

The Operations Manager (OM) supports team leadership to ensure the property is clean, safe, healthy, well-organized, and visually appealing. This role oversees the proper use of professional cleaning tools, supplies, and chemicals to maintain assigned areas.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Achieves operational goals while modeling company values and professionalism.
• Builds positive, respectful relationships with team members.
• Trains staff on company and departmental procedures to support productivity.
• Ensures safe handling, storage, and use of chemicals; understands SDS and emergency procedures.
• Oversees staffing, training, labor, and expenses in alignment with scope of work and budget.
• Conducts daily inspections, monitors workflow, and documents findings to maintain quality standards.
• Ensures compliance with company policies, OSHA, and all state and federal safety regulations.
• Prepares schedules, manages equipment maintenance and inventory, and provides daily shift reports.
• Communicates operational issues to management and maintains a professional company image.
• Participates hands-on in cleaning activities as needed.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years of experience supervising a crew of 25 or more
• Minimum 4 years of facility management experience in the janitorial industry preferred
