  • Spearhead the growth of Imaging Services, developing new programs and expanding capabilities to meet the evolving needs of the community.
  • Lead the implementation of cutting-edge imaging technologies, service line enhancements, and operational efficiencies.
  • Emergency Department expansion project, adding CT and x-ray in the ER.
  • Guide and develop a team of 100+ imaging professionals, supported by two Clinical Operations Managers, while fostering a culture of excellence and professional growth.

Requirements:

  • Current license as a Radiologic Technologist or Nuclear Medical Technologist; or certification by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) in Abdomen and OB/GYN sonography; or certification as a Certified Radiology Administrator (CRA).
  • Bachelors degree preferred.
  • Current BLS certification.
  • Two (2) years supervisory/leadership experience, including major projects, and Five (5) years clinical experience in imaging modalities.
  • Proven experience in growing and developing business within Imaging Services is a MUST.
