Position: Medical Front Desk Receptionist

Location: Honolulu, HI (Free Parking)

Pay: $21/hour

Experience: No medical office experience required — candidates with a minimum of 6 months general customer service experience are welcome

Type: Full-time & Part-time; Temp to Perm

Schedule: Flexible Hours Between:

1. Monday – Friday: 9:00am to 6:00pm
2. Saturday (Half Day): 9:00am to 1:00pm

Kahu Malama Nurses is seeking a Medical Front Desk Receptionist to join our dynamic and growing team at Hawaii's #1 Laser Weight Loss Center! This clinic is a specialty wellness and aesthetic clinic focused on non-surgical, technology-driven laser treatments. Services include laser-assisted weight loss and body contouring, medically supervised weight loss injections, laser hair removal and skin treatments, laser-based pain therapy, as well as hair restoration and dry eye treatments.

Job Description:

1. Greet patients in a friendly and professional manner, check them in, and verify appointment and personal information.
2. Schedule and manage appointments, including booking follow-ups, confirming visits, and handling reschedules or cancellations.
3. Retrieve and maintain patient files, provide and collect intake and consent forms, and ensure records are complete and up to date.
4. Assist with weighing patients on a digital scale.
5. Walk patients to the laser equipment and turn on the equipment.
6. Learn laser equipment and operate machines as needed.
