Location/Schedule: Manhattan (Hybrid – 3 days in office)

Base Salary: $250k

Practice: Matrimonial / Family Law – High-stakes matrimonial litigation, equitable distribution, spousal maintenance, child custody, prenuptial agreements, and complex family wealth matters.

Core Requirements (Flexibility for Exceptional Candidates):

• JD from an accredited law school and active New York bar admission.
• 4+ years of matrimonial / family law litigation experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex matrimonial cases from inception through trial or settlement
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery demands, and settlement agreements
• Conduct depositions of parties, experts, and financial witnesses
• Analyze and trace complex financial assets, businesses, and high-net-worth portfolios
• Prepare for and appear in court on custody, equitable distribution, and maintenance matters
