Job Location: Honolulu (Kahala or Kalihi)
Compensation: $4500-$6000/month
Employment Type: Direct Hire - Full Time (or Part-Time)
Work Schedule: Wednesday closed 5pm-10pm

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare sushi and other Japanese dishes according to established recipes and standards
2. Ensure the quality and freshness of ingredients used in sushi preparation
3. Maintain a clean and organized work station
4. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and timely service
5. Assist with takeout orders as needed

• Previous experience as a Sushi Chef or in a similar role is preferred
• Strong knowledge of sushi preparation techniques and Japanese cuisine
• Ability to handle knives and other kitchen equipment safely
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Japanese and English language ability
