The Student Worker Case Manager provides support to individuals who may need assistance accessing services, including, but not limited to, mental health support, housing resources, basic needs assistance, academic support services, and community programs. This role helps connect individuals with appropriate resources while supporting the coordination and navigation of available services. Responsibilities may include assisting with information gathering, organizing and maintaining case files, communicating with clients, supporting intake and referral processes, scheduling appointments, conducting basic check-ins, and documenting interactions while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to privacy guidelines. This position focuses on support, coordination, and resource navigation rather than providing clinical treatment.
