Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, travelers, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a government transportation location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or public agency personnel as needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout terminals, public areas, parking locations, and perimeter access points to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior; Monitor entry and restricted areas, observe pedestrian and vehicle traffic, and report unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations according to site protocols; Assist with access control, directional support, and incident documentation while maintaining a professional presence in a high-traffic airport environment
