  • Lead client communications during active construction projects, including timelines, updates, and impacts
  • Attend and represent the company at board meetings, town halls, and community forums
  • Maintain a visible presence on jobsites to stay aligned with field teams
  • Translate technical construction information into clear, resident‑friendly messaging
  • Anticipate issues before they escalate and help resolve concerns professionally
  • Support smooth project execution by removing communication barriers between stakeholders

Skills

  • Client relationship management
  • Stakeholder and board communication
  • Conflict resolution and issue management
  • Clear verbal and written communication
  • Ability to translate technical information for non‑technical audiences
  • Organization and follow‑through across multiple active projects
  • Professional presence in both field and formal settings

Requirements

  • Experience in a client‑facing role connected to construction, property management, building operations, or facilities
  • Comfort working directly with owners, boards, residents, and field personnel
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and remain highly responsive
  • Willingness to travel locally to jobsites and meetings across Oʻahu
  • Hawaiʻi‑based (local familiarity strongly preferred)

Compensation

Compensation starts at $100,000+ and is commensurate with experience and qualifications. RME (Responsible Managing Employee) and/or C‑20 Contractor (HVAC) licenses are highly desirable and will be considered in overall compensation.
