What You'll Do

• Lead back-of-house kitchen operations and service execution
• Ensure quality, consistency, and food safety standards
• Develop and coach team members
• Support hiring and performance management
• Use data and modern tools to improve efficiency and performance

Requirements

Sous Chef I (Entry Leadership Level)

• 2 years of culinary experience, AA, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen operations, and food safety

Sous Chef II (Experienced Leadership Level)

• 5 years of culinary experience, BA, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum 3 years of kitchen leadership experience

Sous Chef III (Advanced Leadership Level)

• 7 years of culinary experience
• Minimum 3 years of leadership in high-volume kitchen operations
• Demonstrated success leading large teams and driving performance improvements

Preferred:

• Certified Sous Chef (CSC)
• Experience with digital systems and kitchen technology
